Over the 4th of July in 1999, we spent an enjoyable weekend in Victoria, British Columbia. Staying in the Empress Hotel, sailing on Chuck's boat, eating at the Aerie Resort restaurant, and visiting the spectacular Butchart Gardens were all wonderful experiences.
